Story Behind the Project "COME ON!"

I have always been obsessed with games because they build connections, teach valuable lessons, and are fun!

Whenever I would go on road trips with my friends, I started creating envelopes with challenge cards that we would use to attack and nope each other. It was so much fun that I had to start looking into producing an official version of this game!

So here it is, my Kickstarter to get "Come-On!" off the ground! If I can sell over 200 copies, then we will be officially getting this game into production.

How to play:

Start by giving all the players one nope card. Then deal out the rest of the cards evenly between players and set a time frame to play in. (It could be played in a couple of hours, a weekend trip, or even used throughout the year.) This game requires 2 to 10 players.

Types of cards and how to use them.

Action cards: When played, the card is instantly put into action, and each card will give instructions on what to do. Once completed, they are placed in the discard pile.

Nope Cards: Stop the play of an action card or nope card. Once used, they are put in the discard pile.

Originally, these scratch dates started out as a fun, handmade Valentine's Day gift for my partner. My friends and family really loved the idea, causing me to sell a few custom-made ones with some bonus gifts.

It's been four years now, and I can't get the idea of making professional copies out of my head. I have been working on creating this scratch date idea for over four years now. There have been lots of different formats of it, and I reached out to so many companies trying to get this off the ground. I had moments of giving up, trying again, and now I have finally found a company that can produce it to the quality I want.

So I have decided to officially start my own Kickstarter to make this happen. If I can pre-sell over 200 copies, then I will be getting these cards developed and created.

If we make over 200 sales, I will be reaching out to tell you about the good news and ask if you want it shipped or for pick up. Our current pickup locations will be Banff/Canmore, Cranbrook, and Creston. If you choose a pick-up location, I will refund your shipping money after you pick up. :)

Can I order outside of Canada?

Currently, I have the website set up just to sell within Canada because shipping to other countries is a little more complex. If you really want a copy, reach out, and I'll see what I can do.

What happens if you don't get over 200 orders?

If I don't get enough orders, I will cancel the project and refund your money.

What will happen if you do get over 200 orders?

Once I have over 200 orders, I will be placing a custom order and sending you a huge thank you for making my idea a reality. Then, when ready, I will have your order ready for pick up or shipped out based on your delivery choice.
